About Me

Hello everyone!  

My name is Marin Harker and I am from Portland, Oregon where I am currently residing. I am working towards my Bachelor's degree in Political Science in hopes to some day pursue a career in law. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors and going on long walks. In addition, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. An interesting fact about me is that I have swam between two tectonic plates. I am interested in learning more about argumentation and persuasiveness. My primary form of online communication is through text messages because I find that the platform is less complex and easier to use than other methods of communication. I haven't ever taken a communication class before so I am very eager to learn more. A goal that I have for this term is learning how to professionally connect with others using online platforms.
